The terms and conditions we've outlined here are meant to cover all aspects of renting any items from TENANT as well as the business's side.This is an electronic record that complies with all requirements set forth inthe Information Technology Act of 2000 and any rules thereunder, as wellas revised e-records related provisions in other laws that have been made consistent with and changed by the Information Technology Act of 2000.Since this electronic document was created by a machine, neither our physical nor digital signatures are required. Our so called website, www.thetenant.in, is owned by TENANT, which also serves as its registered headquarters.

The following terms and conditions, or "Terms of Use" as we often refer to them, govern how you use the website, its services, and certain ofits capabilities.The website, which also contains various policies set herein by way of references, is subject to these terms and conditions.You are free to conductany type of transaction on this website, but anything you do is subject to the rules that are in place for such transactions on the website.

You are presumed to have read, comprehended, and agreed to our Terms of Use, which include our Privacy policy and Dispute Resolution policy, as well as your commitment to entering any agreement,payment, or transaction—otherwise known as a contractual obligation—by simply accessing our website.

In compliance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology Act of 2011, which mandates the publication of rules and regulations, privacy policies, and terms of use for accessing or conductingbusiness on www.thetenant.in, this electronic document has been created. The term "You" or "User" refers to any natural or legal person who has consented to use the website as a supplier, buyer, or renter by providing the information needed to register and log into the website's computer systems.

Please be aware that you are subject to the rules, policies, terms and conditions, guidelines and anything else relevant tothe service you avail when using any of the services offered by TENANT online, i.e. through the website, including but not limited to any product reviews, provider reviews, product comparison, etc. This includes but is not limited to the Privacy Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy.These policies should be regarded as incorporated into and governed by the Terms of Use set out in these terms and conditions.

These Terms of Use are the exclusive property of TENANT, and we retain the right, at any time and without prior notice to you, to change, amend, add, or remove any part of them as we see fit.Therefore, we advise you to examine our terms and conditions whenever you visit or use the website and to do so before you intend to engage in any activity.You acknowledge and agree to our updates if you use our website consistently despite the many changes we make to our Terms of Use. You have a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, restricted, and non-transferable right to access and use our website, and we expect you to abide by our Terms of Use.

Order Confirmation

Tenant will confirm the order with the customer after receiving the order and security deposit by sending confirmation to the registered emailaccount (SUBJECT TO KYC VERIFICATION) of the customer.

Tenant should notify the client and have the right to cancel the purchase if any product chosen by the customer is not available.

In the event that the chosen product is not available, the client hereby agrees to receive a substitute product. If the customer does not require a substitute product, a refund will be given to them.

The client grants permission to TENANT to confirm all the information supplied by him/her and to confirm his/her credit score by examining his/her credit record with the assistance of a credit bureau and/or any other third party.

Delivery Policy

For all of our rental laptops, PCs, and other equipment, the rental term begins on the day of delivery and lasts for the precise amount of time that our customers want.

Customers must pick up their orders in person from the tenant, or they may request product delivery for an additional fee based on the requested location.

Any individual appointed to accept delivery exclusively on the customer's instructions must be present at the time of delivery by the TENANT if the client is not there.

In order to minimise problems, the customer/lessee must immediately check the equipment carefully upon receipt of the rented item for any damage (no matter how little) and promptly inform www.thetenant.in(TENANT) or other designated ways of damages.

Prior to the delivery of the goods or service, the whole amount of the rent, the security deposit, and the delivery fees will be tallied.

If any transit damage is discovered, it must be indicated in the delivery receipt, and a photocopy of the damage must be specified as a record. The customer is required to check the product for pre-damage while it is being delivered, and the service person is to make note of the minor damages detected thereon.

After the order has been placed, the delivery procedure will be duplicated in one day.

Payment Policy

Customers/lessees are advised to select their rental period, adhere to the service provider's minimum rental period requirements, and return all rented equipment to the tenant/lessor after a post-inspection for obvious damages.

The security deposit amount will be refunded subject to damages upon receiving your order, and the tenant will deliver goods within 24 hours of the date of order .

Customers/ lessee will continue to pay rent until the 7 and Tenant/lessor receives the funds.

The security deposit amount will be repaid within three days of the date the leased item was returned in the event that rental fees are not paid in full.

If the rental period or order is extended by the customer or lessee for an additional period, the rental costs mentioned may increase beyond one year.

Service Policy

The Lessee/Customer is not permitted to do any repairs,services, or replacements of any parts of the rented equipment without the prior consent and agreement of the Lessor/Tenant. They are also not permittedto remove any identifying marks from the rented equipment.

In Karaikudi only (excluding Sunday and holidays) and within the allotted time frame, the TENANT/LESSOR shall replace/repair the damaged rental systems at its own expense. There won't be any onsite or carry support available for out-of-town projects coming from Karaikudi. Only problems with the hardware of the computer or laptop that the Customer has rented from the Tenant are covered by free service; any other problems with the data that the Customer or Lessee has stored are subject to additional fees.

Installation, labour, setup, and technical support or maintenance for TENANT products are not included in the product/service rented unless specifically requested; they vary from product to product, and fees may be charged depending on the product being rented by the customer/lessee. which, upon TENANT's request, shall be added to the rental agreement; fees associated therewith shall also be disclosed to thecustomer/lessee.

Return / Handover Policy

The rental time can be extended solely based on the availability of goods and services, and extension period fees may vary depending on the goods rented. Rent must be paid upfront or when the client or lessee returns the item being leased.

The customer/lessee confirms it.After the original rental time, which was set out by the client or lessee, all rented equipment (including a laptop, computer,and other items) will be returned to the lessor (TENANT).

The product rented should be returned back to TENANT in person after termination of end period or shall request TENANT to pickup in the location preferred by customer. The Customer/lessee is completely responsible for the safe custody of the computer or laptop and other accessories that are being rented; they shall be returned in a good condition received at the time of delivery.

Inspection Policy

Tenant maintains the right to examine any equipment or product that has been provided to a customer at final pick-up, while returning, or after the end of the period of time that the customer or lessee has chosen.

The client hereby permits the tenant to examine the item at a reasonable time.

The client hereby authorises quality control (QC) to be conducted on the customer's property.

Refund Policy

All refunds will only be performed by online transfer or cash receipt, according on the customer's or lessee's preference. Refunds will be completed within 3 days of the product being returned in excellent functioning condition, and same-day cash or payment will not be accepted.

Only the deposit amount or any related cases of rental order non-fulfillment will be eligible for refunds.

If any damage is done to the rented goods, the TENANT reserves the right to take a specified amount from the security deposit.

Termination Policy

The tenant reserves the right to cancel any order or agreement at any time and may require the rental laptop to be returned within 3 days of recieval, either via mail or other means.

If the customer defaults in payment of rent or other payments due incurred and if there is any breach of terms, then termination can be initiated by TENANT/Lessor.

If the customer does not wish to continue the rental period as agreed, then the agreement shall be considered terminated once the product rented is returned.

Renewal

If the customer wishes to renew or extend the duration of the rental period already rented, prior notice must be given to the TENANT/Lessor within 2 days prior to the cessation of the rental period as agreed by customer/lessee. The deposit made by the customer may vary dependingon the product/equipment preferred by the customer/lessee.

Assignability

This lease arrangement with the tenant is not transferable. Without the previous written approval of the lessor (TENANT), none of our equipment may be sublet, assigned, or transferred by the lessee without breaching the terms and conditions and remaining a product held by the lessor/TENANT. Any attempt by the client/lessee to sublet, assign,or transfer any of the lessor's rights, duties, or obligations under this agreement is null and void, and the tenant reserves the right to demand the return of the rented item and to take legal action to reclaim it in accordance with Indian law.

Jurisdiction

The laws of India shall govern this agreement, and the courts of Karaikudi shall have sole authority over it.
