The costs listed on the Tenant App or Website are the lowest costs we can provide. These pricing cannot be changed by our system.However, we urge clients to take advantage of any active discounts or promotions.By following Tenant on social media, you may locate these discounts.
We acknowledge the possibility of unforeseeable events leading to inadvertent damage to the products or any related parts during the rental period. In such circumstances, kindly notify Team Tenant through email (info@Tenant.in) as soon as possible so that we may take the necessary precautionary action on our end.Our delivery staff will inspect the item when it is picked up, and if there are any problems, it is common procedure for us to withhold the security deposit until the item is fixed or replaced and returned to its original state. Customers are responsible for covering the additional repair costs if the damage exceeds the security deposit amount.

We do, indeed.For orders placed on the app or website before 4 PM IST, we provide the option of same-day deliveries.
We recognise that there may be instances when you are late.We accept deliveries up to one hour beyond the scheduled pickup time. If you stay longer than this window of time, you'll be charged for an extra day's rent. However, there will be an extra fee of one day's rent if the merchandise is delayed any further.
Installation is available for large/corporate orders upon request.
If the Tenant executive has to be present at all times, such as at an event, you may also ask for a volunteer.
Send us an email at info@Tenant.in at least 24 hours before the delivery date if you want to change the order from purchase to delivery. As long as the delivery address is within our shipping restrictions, Tenant will be pleased to convert this.
The 'List My Item' option on your Tenant profile page allows you to list items. The Tenant team will accept the item after a careful review once it is listed. This might take up to two or three business days. You'll receive an email and SMS when the item has been authorised by us. You may activate the item, set the price, and make it live.
Each time your item is rented out on Tenant, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you. Through our app or website, you may trace every order associated with your Tenant profile. Within the first week of the next month, the amount of your earnings for the previous month would be credited to your registered bank account.
High security measures are enforced at Tenant to guarantee that the item is returned to the lender in a secure manner.
At the time of delivery, Tenant confirms the customer's address and photographs their authentic government-issued identification. The consumer signs a contract saying that they are responsible for paying for any loss or damage that exceeds the deposit.

    Renter would be responsible for paying an early termination charge if the order was terminated before the subscription order duration had ended.
